No. This is an education course, not advice. It teaches you how the technology and the market work so you can assess things yourself — it does not recommend assets.
Only a small amount to practise a real transaction and a wallet recovery, and even that is optional. Testnets cover the same ground at no cost.
Genesis is the short entry course — what it is, how to hold it, how not to get scammed. The diploma goes into DeFi, on-chain analysis, tokenisation and the technical architecture over six months.
The regulatory module covers the current position and how to keep up with it, but rules differ by country and change often. Check your own jurisdiction.
