FinRock Academy is a training institute. Everything we publish, teach, demonstrate or discuss — on this website, in class, in mentorship sessions and in the Trading Café — is educational material. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, commodity or digital asset, and not portfolio management.

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and we do not manage money, place trades or handle client funds on anyone's behalf.

Trading and investing in financial markets carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leveraged products such as forex, futures, options and crypto derivatives can lose more than the capital committed to them. Past performance, whether of a strategy, a mentor or a market, does not indicate future results.

Every trading decision you make is yours alone. You are responsible for your own capital, and you should seek independent, licensed financial advice before acting.

We do not promise profits, income, employment or any particular result from completing a programme. Course outcomes describe what the curriculum covers, not what you will earn.

Published fees are in Indian Rupees and may change for future batches. The fee, schedule and refund terms that apply to you are the ones confirmed in writing at the time of your enrolment. Seats are confirmed only once the applicable fee is received.

Course notes, recordings, templates and other material we provide are for your personal use during and after the programme. They may not be copied, resold, republished or shared with non-students without our written permission.

The content, branding and design of finrockedu.com belong to FinRock Academy. We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.
