By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling on a course, you agree to these terms.

Enrolling

Enrolment starts with an enquiry. Nothing is paid through this website; our team confirms dates, the fee and the payment schedule with you directly before anything is due.

A place on a course is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you in writing. Course dates, batch sizes and schedules can change, and we will tell you if they do.

Fees

Each course page states its fee. Fees are in Indian rupees unless the course page states another currency, and where a fee is shown as "+ GST", GST is added at the applicable rate. Where a course is offered both online and as an offline batch at our Kozhikode campus, the fee shown is the one stated on that course's page, and the other may differ, so ask us and we will confirm it before you commit.

Most courses are paid in instalments, collected by us directly. There is no lender, no credit check and no interest. The instalment dates are shown on each course page and confirmed with you before the first payment.

Our AI Forward Deployed Engineer programme has a portion of its fee deferred until you are placed. That deferral is part of the fee, not a separate agreement, and the conditions are confirmed with you in writing before you start.

Where a launch offer is shown, it applies to enrolments made while the offer is running.

Cancellation and refunds

Because fees are arranged directly with our team rather than charged automatically on this website, the cancellation and refund terms for your course are agreed with you in writing before any payment is made. Ask for them before you pay, and keep the confirmation.

If we cancel or materially reschedule a course you have paid for and no alternative suits you, you are entitled to a refund of the fees you have paid for it.

What we provide

Teaching, materials and mentor time as described on the relevant course page. Courses are taught in English, with live support also available in Malayalam.

We do not guarantee employment, placement, a salary, or any commercial or financial outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

What we ask of you

Attend, do the work, and treat mentors and other learners decently. Do not record, copy, resell or publish our course materials without our written permission.

We may remove a learner from a course for conduct that disrupts teaching or harms others, without refund.

Markets courses: an important limitation

Finrock Academy is an education provider. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, portfolio manager or research analyst, and we are not registered with SEBI in any such capacity.

Nothing taught on our equity, forex, commodity or crypto courses is investment advice, and no trade, instrument, platform or broker is recommended. Live-market sessions are teaching demonstrations, not signals and not managed trading. Any position you take is your own decision and your own risk.

Trading these markets is leveraged and risky: losses can exceed deposits with some products, and the majority of retail traders lose money. Trade only capital you can afford to lose, and consult a registered adviser where you need advice.

Our content

The course materials, curricula, text and design on this site are ours, or used with permission. Third-party names and logos shown on course pages identify the tools those courses teach; they remain the property of their owners and imply no endorsement or affiliation.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the course you enrolled on. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for trading, business or investment decisions you make after taking one of our courses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. The terms that apply to your course are the ones in force when you enrolled. There are currently 17 courses in our catalogue, and each page carries the detail specific to it.
