FAQs

No. You build one during the course — module 3 takes a Shopify store from an empty account to passing its own pre-launch QA. If you already sell, you can use your own store for the practical work instead, which most people find more useful.

Four: India, the GCC (UAE and KSA), the EU and the US — registration, VAT or sales tax, category licences and the consumer-protection rules for each, plus the cross-border layer of HS codes, duties and Incoterms.

Amazon (including FBA and Global Selling), Flipkart and Noon each get their own module, from registration through listings, fees, ads and account health. The same operating pattern transfers to Meesho and other regional marketplaces.

A small live budget makes the performance-marketing module far more useful, but it is not required — the campaign work can be done in draft campaigns if you would rather not spend.

Both, deliberately. Four of the ten modules are operations — licensing, marketplaces, shipping and RTO, returns and refunds. An ecommerce manager who can run ads but not inventory, or inventory but not ads, cannot own the P&L, which is the job.

It covers the decision, not the code. Module 4 is about when to move off SaaS, how to compare platforms, how to scope a development brief and how to manage the agency or developer who builds it — including mobile apps and store submission.
